Sustainable Livelihoods: Spirulina Farms and Ecosystem Protection in Indonesia
Join us as we explore two spirulina farms in Indonesia, where local communities are cultivating spirulina as a sustainable source of livelihood. With support from our local partner YAPEKA, these farms are part of the Seagrass Ecosystem Services Project, funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) and led by the Dugong MOU under the UN CMS. This initiative not only empowers communities but also plays a vital role in protecting critical ecosystems for a more sustainable future.
