The PID Amazonia team, working jointly with Sinfonía Trópico, has carried out a series of artistic and scientific processes in Mitú (Vaupés) in collaboration with young leaders from local indigenous populations to raise awareness about the perils of deforestation, loss of biodiversity, climate change, and the importance of protecting indigenous cultural heritage for effective forest conservation.
