The Coral Coast Fisherwomen Network was created to promote the autonomy of coastal and marine extractive women and the protection of their rights. From a request that came from the community itself, the TerraMar Project, in partnership with the Yandê Institute and the ICMBio APA Costa dos Corais, began in 2019 the process of forming the Network.
