What are the social and economic co-benefits of renewable energy? The video presents latest facts and figures on opportunities for jobs, health, industrial development, and energy access in countries worldwide.

The video was recorded at the conference Climate Opportunity 2019: Co-Benefits for Just Energy Futures. On 15 and 16 October 2019, ministerial representatives and more than 150 international experts and leaders from science, public administration, politics, the private sector and civil society met in Berlin to discuss how the co-benefits of renewables can be mobilised for ambitious climate action. The conference was organized by the COBENEFITS project which is lead by IASS Potsdam.
