Sharing Experience – managing innovation. Annual Report of the International Climate Initiative 2017 to 2019

International Climate Initiative (IKI) is one of the Federal Environment Ministry's most important instruments for the international financing of climate protection and biodiversity. It finances climate protection and biodiversity conservation in developing and newly industrialising countries and in countries in transition. To date the ICI has committed over 730 climate and biodiversity projects in more than 60 countries with a total funding volume of 3.9 billion euros (2008-2019).

In addition, it presents the most important facts and figures on total commitments and expenditures, and offers an insight into concrete work on the ground with project examples.
