Cover Feasibility Research and Implementation Plan of Establishin a Climate Protection Manager System in Jiangsu Province

Climate protection management (CPM) as established in Germany can be a building block for effective climate protection but must be strongly supported by general national and international rules. In this report, the climate protection systems in the Chinese province of Jiangsu as compared to the German climate protection framework with focus on CPM is analyzed. A roadmap towards the implementation of climate protection management in Jiangsu Province is further proposed.
