The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) are implementing the 'Climate Impacts: Global and Regional Adaptation Support Platform' (ci:grasp) project with support from the International Climate Initiative (ICI). In addition to information on adaptation measures, the platform uses multiple interactive presentations of climate change. Using historical and future climate parameters such as temperature, precipitation and sea-level rise, the platform also provides forecasts of global climatic changes and impacts on selected regions, including socio-economic effects.
